"Vi var nöjda med rummet. Fint inredning, skön säng. Hela huset var spektakulärt, histioriskt hus. Frukosten var dock inte så bra, det var söta kakor. På kvällen åt vi på den närliggande restaurangen och den får fem stjärnor av oss. Trevlig personal, god mat och dryck, inte dyrt. alls. "

"esperienza terribile, appena giunto sul posto alle 18,30 circa raggiungevo l'host telefonicamente in quanto non c'era nessuno ad attenderci, questi mi riferiva di avere la struttura piena, expedia non lo aveva avvertito dell'arrivo e quindi la camera non c'era, lasciandomi quindi in strada e scaricando le responsabilità a voi di Expedia, neppure mi indicava eventuali strutture alternative. "Good hotel located close to the archeological site about 10 min walk from the Ercolano Scavi train station. Rooms were large with comfortable beds. My only complaint is that hot water was intermitent in the morning. Breakfast was good and the area around the hotel is safe"

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink. The electrics in the bedroom were a bit confusing - lots of switches that did not seem to do anything, and there were no power points on either side of the bed which was inconvenient. The food is very good. ...

Less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach and bus stop, with lots of shopping nearby. Staff is so friendly and helpful.
