"We brought our 11 year old daughter to NYC to see Aladdin. The LUMA was about a block away and I had read all the great reviews so I booked it. If you're on the fence, just book it and here is why ... They are about a half a block from Bryant Park, and a few blocks from Times Square right in the heart of Broadway. Just close enough to all the fun stuff but not STUCK in the middle of it. The nice thing is they are on a street not as busy so the noise is reduced. I had read lots of reviews...

"Such a cute hotel!! I booked this hotel because it was so close to our favorite bagel shop as well as MSG, and my husband has always loved anything with a Pineapple on it. I can’t say anything bad about it. I’ve never been to a hotel with friendlier staff! We were greeted every time we walked into the lobby. They provided us with a sweet treat for our anniversary, and it made us feel so special. Thank you to the staff to making our trip even better!"

"Such a well-designed boutique hotel! The rooms were very up-to-date and chic, and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had an interior room, so there was zero street noise. You could hear people walking in the hall, but that wasn’t a big deal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And the on-site cafe was perfect for our morning coffee and breakfast needs. "Overall a great stay and would stay again. Breakfast and restaurant team was excellent. The rate included breakfast, lots of choice and high quality. Had an issue with housekeeping on the first day as room wasn’t cleaned until the clean me sign was left on the door. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Perfect midtown location close to subway. Great rooftop bar with skyline views."

"We both loved this hotel. However, there was one problem this year, the noise across the street on the roof of the dispensary. It literally sounded like it was in our room. We couldn’t believe how awful that was."

"Excellent location, a minute from the metro and bus route and a block from Penn Station. Clean, minimalistic, modern rooms with very futuristic amenities. The inclusion of an LG Styler was awesome and helped me have fresh clothes daily. No breakfasts, etc, but there are 2 Starbucks, liberty bagels and everything else you need within 100m of the hotel either side. "

"Good stay overall. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and around 20 minutes to Times Square. There’s also a metro stop right at the end of the road, which made getting around really convenient. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even looked after our bags for the day while we explored the city, which was much appreciated. The view from our room was amazing, we could see right down...
