"The young lady that picked me up at the airport was one of the nicest, nicest human being I’ve come across. She was an ABSOLUTE darling. The hotel is small and not what most Americans are used to. However, I found it to be clean and comfortable for me 5 hour stay. I missed a connecting flight and had to spend the night in Panama City, Panama. I would stay there again if this happened."

"This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless."

"The hotel is well maintained and very clean, with numerous staff working laboriously. The majority of the staff members were friendly and courteous. I appreciated that housekeeping is done daily with 2 complimentary bottles of water given each time. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good with numerous and diverse choices. "Hotel cómodo y limpio, buen desayuno. Staff del hotel y cocina quedan en deuda con el buen servicio. Punto negativo: Hay un restaurante T.G.I Friday debajo del hotel, Que activó una alarma desde aproximadamente las 6 am, hablamos al front desk y nadie pudo hacer nada como hasta las 9 am, pero esto no nos dejó dormir más, es como si tuviéramos esa alarma dentro de la habitación cada 15 minutos. Terrible!, un sin sentido este negocio con alarma debajo de las habitaciones y sin nadie que pueda...

"Hotel is in a fantastic location right off the main highway. There’s various options for food and 2 supermarkets all walking distance. It’s easy to get a taxi or a mini bus to take you around Penonome. Taxi fee is around $1.65 and mini bus is around .35 cents. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it."
