The staff were very friendly and genuinely kind 😊 — especially one man (I don’t know his name), but he was extremely positive and left a really great impression ✨ The room was reasonably clean — not perfect, but acceptable 👍 The main downside was the noise. "There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. "The 2 big attractions at the St Regis are the staff and the breakfast. Both are worth the stay. In addition, the location in downtown Vancouver was perfect for us, offering easy walking to everywhere we needed to go. Little touches like chocolates on the pillow when we arrived were a nice addition. The parking is a bit odd, across an alley and under a building next door, but the security fob worked fine and there was plenty of parking.
