"You actually get what you paid for. I was looking for affordable lodging for six nights and it didn’t meet my expectations. The environment is clean and the staff wonderful. The amenities were bad. Kept changing WiFi password every day . There were no outlet in the bathroom and the bed sheets and covers were extremely bad. The breakfast was policed by staff and served in a minimal quantity."

This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"

For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....
