I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent booking at your hotel. Upon arrival, I went to view the room and was extremely disappointed to find a cockroach crawling around. This raised immediate concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises. The person showing the room attempted to address the situation by killing the insect, but unfortunately, this only confirmed the unsanitary conditions. Due to this, we made the decision not to stay at the hotel and left the premises immediately. As we did not utilize the room or any of the hotel’s services, I believe a full refund is warranted under the circumstances. Please let me know the next steps for processing this refund. I can provide any additional details or documentation if required. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards,
