"We did not receive any correct check-in information, and the owner of the property was not reachable. I had to call Expedia.
While the staffs at Expedia were very helpful, they couldn't reach the owner either. After three hours of calling, Expedia was finally able to find alternative accommodation for us.
Unfortunately, this made the experience with this facility very unpleasant and I would not recommend this place."

"Good value, and nice to have a kitchen. The fittings are fairly new, and everything worked well. There was no documentation with the studio, e.g. nothing to say what to put in each of the four bins (important for non-UK visitors), or what the various switches do (including those in cupboards).
My studio was on Cowley road. Despite being on the third floor, it was quite noisy. There didn't appear to be any air conditioning, and my visit coincided with a heat wave, making sleep difficult. The...

"Manu is a very friendly and helpful host!
The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease.
Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem.
I really enjoyed my stay."

"We had a great time in this property, which is described accurately on the site. It is located a bit outside Oxford, but within walking distance (40 min brisk walk). You can also use the wheels in Oxford (scooters mostly available) and the X3 bus was very convenient.
The reason why I docked marks is because I found the processes associated with the property stressful. Now I have been through it, I would book again.
Check-in is process heavy compared to a hotel and you have to pay a £250...

"I booked this property six months in advance, and ten days prior to my trip, Expedia called me to tell me that the property was no longer bookable, and rebooked me into a much less desirable property (at a higher price at Expedia's expense). All the while, before and after, I was getting messages through Expedia from the property giving instructions about how to check in, how to handle parking, if I was enjoying my stay. It was clear that everything about the property was on autodrive. I would...

"The flat is located in a very good location (10/10).
The flat is a good size and has everything you need, so you don’t need to worry about anything. The kitchen equipment is all there, there is a good-sized fridge, and the shower has good pressure.
The only thing is that the mattress is a bit too soft for me. Maybe they could consider changing it in the future for a higher-quality mattress.
But I would love to come back. I was looking to stay a few more days, but it was sold out.
If it’s...

"The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. Residence did not reply to any messages through the contact property link but they were helpful when I managed to phone them."

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented.
My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold.
Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back.
Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

The pod was in a beautiful setting within a good locality to explore the Cotswolds!
Would definitely want to return in the future."

"It’s an apartment for short term rent which was not clearly described to me. It’s not a full service hotel. The location is good. The biggest problem is the noise from the street. Very loud car and truck all night long. No sound insulation at all."
