Decent hotel for its price

Hotel is clean and comfortable however the AC did not work properly and had to sleep in a hot room. Reception is closed for a long time during the day for some lame excuse related to covid.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Speaking only about the individual room that I had, it was tiny (and I live in NYC--I know about tiny rooms), yet very intelligently laid out so that I never actually felt cramped. Apart from daily housekeeping, there are absolutely no services. This extends to a TV remote that was not functioning properly - there was apparently no one around that could fix it, so unfixed it remained.

Oviedo ville magnifique malgré mauvaise expérience

À part l’emplacement pas grand chose de positif : accueil par interphone avec plateau d’appel difficile à comprendre en raison de la langue + chambre exiguë donnant sur une cour intérieure sale + chasse d’eau défectueuse donc bruit continuel + petit déjeuner restreint mais surtout avec des croissants froids et mous de la veille ?…et surtout pour nous qui voyageons avec véhicule de collection pas de parking à l’hôtel contrairement à annoncé sur le site ( ce qui était un des critères de choix pour cet hôtel ) …la note de cet établissement ( qui n’est pas un vrai hôtel) est largement surfaite..

Lo que nos gustó fue su ubicación. Lo no nos gustó. Fue que el check in se realizó delante de otros clientes del hotel los cuales oyeron todos nuestros datos incumpliendose la ley de protección de datos y se lo hicimos saber. Las ventanas no cerraban buen por lo que entraba todo el ruido de la calle.Se oían ruídos de las habitaciones de al lado y de las de arriba.Por lo que no pudimos descansar por la noche.

Zulo sucio para dos dónde cabía una persona

Zulo sucio y muy caluroso. Habitación minúscula, no puedes ni dejar la maleta. El aire acondicionado no funcionó en ningún momento, lo tienen capado. Paredes y "armario" muy sucios. Entrada a ducha minúscula. Las ventanas chocan con la minúscula tele que hay. Cama pegada a la pared y aún así apenas podíamos movernos

Trato del 10, desde el primer minuto de llegada por el responsable, gerente, recepcionista, no recordamos el nombre pero el si sabe quién es. Habitaciones que no tienen nada que envidiar aún 4-5 estrellas: amplias , limpias, confortables. Recomendables 100%, no se dejen llevar por el 2 estrellas , la calidad y el tratado ya les digo 5 estrellas superior. Yo repetiría seguro.
