"great parking, good location. quiet except when the soccer is playing but even then , with the windows closed, was able to sleep. great gym and spa although when the steam room worked, the sauna didnt and vice versa. biggest issue was the poor design of the lighting and bathroom . when using the toilet, the extractor fan and light automatically turned on. so impossible to use the toilet quietly in the middle of the night. additionally there was no door to the shower area / bathroom so no...

"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Great hotel and location "

"Très bon service au Lounge !"

"I booked two Executive rooms for me and my family, The rooms are spacious, clean and stylish, the rest of the hotel are also very nice. It's the amenities that may be an issue. Beware of this scam! They have this umbrella rental machine by the door for $3 euro for 2 days which I rented one. It says, just put it back within 48 hours for return. "Gutes bis sehr gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit tollem Frühstück. Kleine Downsides: - Leider sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert, so dass es nachts trotz der an sich ruhigen Lage teilweise recht laut war (Autos auf Kopfsteinpflasterstraße, Polizeisirene) - Der Fön war defekt. Tiefgarage vorab über My Way gebucht: Problemlose Ein- und Ausfahrt per Nummernschilderkennung."

"Staff was helpful."

"This is a beautiful, understated, hotel with great old world character. Very quiet."

"property was nice good for a short stay"

"Prima hotel in het centrum met parkeergarage."

"Excelente desayuno, excelente habitación y una excelente la atención."

"Excellent location, close to the Grand place and next to train station. Our room is too dark. Nice breakfast and free for kids. We're disappointed that staff won't help with our luggage at checkout "

Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...
