"I spent one night at this historic hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the lobby with its detailed architecture and oversized chairs. The rooms are dated but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The sink drained very slowly so I had to be cautious of that but otherwise it was a great stay."

"We did not have enough towels or toilet paper. The sheets were debatably clean with lots of static. We also could not find more than one outlet for electronics. The night we checked in the guy working was rude to an elderly, handicap couple, then was generally rude to me. In morning of checking out after requesting a later checkout, a maintenance man knocked on the door and repeatedly told us to check out before checkout at noon. He also proceeded to tell us, “I’ll tell the front desk not to rent to you guys ever again.” The woman working the front desk was very kind and apologetic so we appreciate her and her service."

"The room & bathroom were clean and the beds & pillows were very comfortable, which is what mattered as we were just stooping to sleep and continue on. The vreakfast was fantastic (scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy or jelly, yogurt, cereal, pastries, waffles, bananas, juice, milk). The staff was super friendly. Only problem was you could hear the traffic and your neighbors because the walls were thin. But it was a great stay other than that. "
