"The bathroom is designed poorly, no useful towel holder"

"Really quick and efficient and shuttle got us to the airport fast just don’t forget to schedule the previous day at check in or you might wait 15-30 minutes and miss the flight"

"Very nice 😊"

"We loved the location and the accommodations. Very comfortable and Dawn made us delicious bread and muffins. This will be our first choice in any future trips to Albuquerque."

"This is my third stay at the Imperial, and that says it all. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. Love the vibe!"

"Comfortable and remarkably quiet, especially given the location right on Route 66. Helpful staff and nice facilities. The only issue was parking - there are not enough spaces available for every guest to park a car, which is most unusual at a motel. We had to park in the nearby neighborhood one night, and there isn't a lot of space there either. Otherwise, great experience, we would return!"

"Rooms definitely should be be better for the price and limited parking. Beds were terrible and cheap pillows."

"I didn't like the fact that the sink in the restroom takes forever to get hot. Also it'd be nice if your rooms had a microwave."

"Zazz is jazzy and fun! Easy checkin and a funky east central vibe. The well-appointed motel room was the perfect balance of exotic and local, low rider and jalopy, speakeasy and bright neon. What a night!"

"Nice room, clean. Hotel was close to restaurants and easy access to I 25. Only had one breakfast but it too was good. This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. Will stay here again when I visit Albuquerque"
