Good hotel in a great location

The hotel was conveniently located near the city centre. It was handy to have a parking house in the same building. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. A few tweaks would be good though: it would have been nice to have a kettle for tea/coffe and the bin in a bathroom was broken and it was odd that the cleaners hadn't spotted it. Breakfast was great and overall it was a great stay.

Good service; mixed review

The front desk was extremely helpful to us...we were having problems with our phone's gps in finland. They did all they could to help us adjust. My one reservation is that this hotel does not allow guests to use the HDMI connection to watch their own programming (the only Scandic that did this) and offer no explanation. Also, although there is plenty of light weight English speaking programming, there is no English speaking NEWS. No explanation offered. Good restaurant on premises. Good location for train.
