"The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay special was the wonderful lady who looked after everything. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking, and always went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
Her outstanding hospitality made us feel completely at home. She is a real credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay...

"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Mirage Hotel in Agadir and, overall, found it a great base for exploring the area.
The food was good for a hotel buffet, with plenty to enjoy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The hotel is a little dated in places, and maintenance work was ongoing on the large pool during our visit. We were also disappointed to find that the gym and private beach beds advertised as available at other hotels were not available here.
Check-in was...

"L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont propres, belles et très grande, les employés sont accueillants et accès direct sur la plage. La nourriture est très bonne avec une grande variété. Toutefois, les cocktails ne sont pas super et le divertissement est le point faible. En effet, les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées, donc nous ne nous sommes pas baignés des 3 jours que nous sommes restés (il faut dire que la température n’était pas chaude non plus). La seule piscine chauffée est...

"The location of the property is excellent for both the city and the beach. The property is extremely clean house keeping was excellent. The room i booked was a pool view room but right in front of my room was a wall but with a side view of the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a let down lots of unlaid tables the coffee machines (3) were either broken or off which meant you had to stand in line waiting for a coffee from the barista. It is a shame because there were lots and lots of staff but they...
