"I had a disaster of a stay. I arrived and was given a room key for a room on the 4th floor at around 5pm. As I entered the room, it was very clear that someone was already staying in it. Bed unmade and shower on. I immediately returned to reception. They were very apologetic and gave me a new room and a card for a free drink at the bar. "The Baileys is beautifully situated in South Kensington across from Gloucester Road tube station, restaurants, stores and neighborhoods. Always a pleasure to visit and stay there. Staff is always thoughtful and kind. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained."

"Convenient to go around"

"I was initially disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the odor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Tap is broken but it dont be fixed along 3 days."

"Amazing staff allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was perfect after a long red eye flight from LA. She even upgraded us. Great location to use the underground. Just perfect for us to start our trip."

"All staff was excellent, helpful friendly and went above and beyond including the manager Dan who accommodated a special request. Excellent food, drink, entertainment, and conversation. The room was comfortable but a bit smaller than expected. We will return!"

"Clean stylish room with comfortable bed. Good functional layout. Toilet - not so much. The toilet is just a glass door separation. If you are sharing a room, either you are very familiar or will get to be. Shower - water gets out no matter how careful we are Buffet breakfast- good selection with wonderful coffee stations Staff are friendly and helpful"

"ฝุ่นในห้องจากพรมและ ผ้าคาดแต่งเตียง ที่ไม่สะอาด นอกนั้นดีมาก"

"This is our second time staying here. It’s handy for Buckingham Palace and very close to Victoria Train station and underground. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good but can be busy at peak times. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"We had a lovely stay Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pillows galore upon request. Large room by London/European standards. Iron and hairdryer in room, soap and shampoo provided. Location, location, location! We were 20 min from each theatre we attended and easy walking distance from three Tube stations and a variety of bus stops. Lots of restaurants a block away and a Tesco Express for essentials. Cons: Water pressure was poor, common for my London experiences. Wish we'd had...
