"Clean room and very friendly staff"

"As always 5 Stars"

"The property, staff and breakfast were excellent. The biggest problem is out of their control but it’s not the most appealing area of Ottawa. Homelessness in the city is a major problem. We were accosted rather aggressively while walking to and from the hotel. We found the problem to be if you travelled east or south from the property. "Clean room, friendly staff, good food"

"I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On the one hand, the property is nicely maintained. The beds, pillows and linens are comfortable and the room was spotless. That being said, I had a few points that poorly affected my stay. It was easy to hear other guests in the hall or even through the vents. The television was set up opposite of the desk and to the side of the bed so you couldn’t eat and watch television or to watch TV in bed you had to crank your neck. There is no fridge in...

"Super helpful stuff!!! Clean hotel!"

"They had no parking for our truck, had to park down the road at a municipal building. Lots of construction and a subpar room"

"Au coeur du centre-ville, annexé au Centre Rideau, près du canal Rideau, du parlement, puis de tous les commerces, restaurants, terrasses etc. Parfait pour la marche !"

"No parking on site. Not nice area around."

"Great location in Byward Market."

"The hotel is well located downtown. The breakfast buffet was really overpriced, at over $100 for a family. Parking is really expensive too. The staff helped us change rooms because an ice machine just outside our first room door was making very loud noises. Rooms and beds are pretty good, but nothing too special."
