We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was super clean, with amazing facilities and balcony. Only a 15 to 20 min walk into the old town. The pool area was great, and we also made use of the spa which was very relaxing.

Great place for a relaxing vacation. On walking distance from Otranto. The hotel is offering a great looking pool with enough beds and umbrellas poolside. Rooms are very clean with enough space. Very helpful staff. If there is a small downside to be mentioned, it is in the way the hotel has been build with different levels and stairs (elevators available).

This is beautiful hotel, very nice grounds, lovely swimming pool and amenities. It's removed from the hustle & bustle, but still quite walkable to the Centro. Overall, a great option to explore the area.

Nice modern property, fairly large hotel so does lack the intimacy of a smaller hotel. Dinners were quite good and the waitress in the dining area was wonderful. The old bartender in the lobby is a grump. Good spot to use for touring the area. South on the coast road was amazing. 15-minute walk to town, so handy to have a car or taxi.

Not a 4-star hotel!

Unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The room was noisy (you could clearly hear the other rooms’ shower / toilet flushes); it was located extremely far from the main building (restaurant / pool). There was no courtesy bottle of water for free and many other little adjustments were needed to meet the standard of a proper 4 star hotel. The breakfast was also poor (water & juice served in plastic glasses; not much variety; fresh fruits of poor quality). Overall very poor value for money!!

Plan Carefully

My first impressions were that this is a well- appointed and sophisticated resort. The design is beautiful, but be aware that the entire resort is terraced off into multiple levels, so there is lots of stairs. However, there are some strategically located elevators for those that have trouble navigating flights of stairs. My stay was during the first weekend of October 2024 and little did I know, that this is already considered the “off-season“. While that means more affordable lodging rates, it also means a muted vibe and a reduced level of services I’d expect in a 4-star resort. Moreover, the resort is situated outside of town and a visit to the seafront, restaurants , and shops meant a 15 to 20 minute walk. While the resort does have a shuttle van, it was not in operation to transport guests to/from the seafront or the train station (I walked a mile/1.6 km with luggage from the station on check-in day). Uber was not available and no local buses were running in October. The on-site restaurant was mediocre, with the exception of the breakfast which was great! There are 2 tiny bars, but a full-service lounge is needed. But despite these criticisms for the resort as a whole, I must say that ALL of the staff I interacted with during my stay was friendly, professional and accommodating. They exhibited pride in what they did for guests. Overall, I would still recommend a stay here. But be sure to ask a lot of questions about seasonal services before you book or visit.

Sterile Atmosphäre, schlechtes Raumklima (Beton), keine Bar am Abend, uninteressiertes Personal. Der Weg in den Ort führt steil den Berg hinab und im Ort dann wieder auf eine Burg hinauf. Die über Expedia vermarteten Zimmer sind ohne Kategorie angeboten als sogenannte „Promo-Rooms“. Vor Ort stellen sie sich als Basis-Zimmer heraus: sehr klein, dunkel, einfach ausgestattet und abgelegen. Es waren diverse Ebenen unter Benutzung von fünf (!) Aufzügen zu überwinden. Ein Upgrade auf die sogenannten Superior-Zimmer kostete 20 Euro pro Person und Nacht und nivellierte den scheinbaren Kostenvorteil des Angebots. Die Art und Weise, wie die Upgrades vermarktet wurden, konnten wir bei zahlreichen Anreisenden beobachten. Achten Sie darauf, welche Zimmerkategorie sie buchen. Nicht weniger als „Superior“ buchen.

Hotel ubicato a 10' a piedi dal centro di Otranto. Struttura ben organizzata, divisa in più edifici. Stanze ben arredate, un piccolo fastidio i bagni, non ben insonorizzate con la stanza confinante. Ottima igienizzione della stanza. Piscina posta in un parte dell'hotel, dove la privacy fa da padrone. Spa incantevole, con tutti i confort dovuti. Ristorante degli ulivi, collocato vicino la piscina, personale disponibile e professionali, deliziandolci con menù locali e ben impiantati. Colazione abbondante, servito dagli stessi operatori di sala. Reception, gentilissimi e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta di loro competenza. Siamo stati bene e ci siamo rilassati.

Buona accoglienza al check-in e perdonale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile Da un 4 stelle peró ci si aspetta di più Al momento della consegna della chiave non si può aspettare più di 15 minuti un addetto che arrivi per accompagnarti in camera considerando che poi alla fine nn ti ha nemmeno accompagnato perché eravamo più di 6 persone alle quali dover consegnare la camera e a metà strada ti liquida semplicemente dandoti indicazioni approssimative…quindi se il risultato doveva essere questo era meglio che sin dall’inizio andavo da sola senza attendere Per quanto riguardo la colazione ripeto da un 4 stelle di certo nn ci si aspetta questo servizio : il buffet ricco e di qualità ma a mio avviso con poco personale nn si può pensare di servire con solo due persone ma ancora peggio il servizio al tavolo per i prodotti di caffetteria…solo due camerieri a prendere gli ordini al tavolo (troppi pochi per poter coprire una sala piena di ospiti) calcolando che poi solo per poter ordinare un caffè attesa di 20 minuti….e privando a chiedere siamo venuti malamente liquidati con un “signora passo io al tavolo”….senza organizzazione infatti sono stati serviti 2 tavoli che si erano seduti dopo di noi …a questo ennesimo disservizio lo abbiamo fatto notare al cameriere che non ha avuto nemmeno la cortesia di scusarsi …fatto sta che per poter bere un caffè espresso tempo di attesa 30 minuti … Peccato perché si potrebbe fare molto meglio e di sicuro da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di+

Im ganzen ok .....sehr schöner Pool und gut gelegen um Abends in die Stadt zu laufen. Ich hatte dieses Hotel aufgrund des Parkplatz ausgesucht .

Super relax!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 GG in questo bellissimo resort ad Otranto, e devo dire che a primo impatto mi ha lasciato senza parole perché veramente bello. Spazi molto grandi, piscina e una spa bellissima ( purtroppo a pagamento, secondo me un po' elevato 18€ a.p per un'ora e mezza) unica pecca la distanza di certe camere per andare verso i punti principali( ristorante,piscina,reception ecc ...) Comunque bellissima esperienza! Personale molto professionale, pulizia ottima! Spero di tornarci al più presto .

Hotel è a pochi minuti dal centro di Otranto. Struttura bella e abbastanza nuova, organizzata su più fabbricati. La camera standard è un po' piccola, ma pulita. Bagno ok. Colazione sufficiente, ma non proprio "continental breakfast"; buone le torte. Distributore per il caffè (possibile anche richiedere caffe dal bar) e succhi di frutta. Personale cortese.
