"6살 아이 랑 타고가요 가지고 다니면서 잘 여행했음. 방이 깨끗하고 비교적 넓고 무엇보다 대욕장이 넓고 쾌적함. 위치는 삿포로역에서 멀지는 않지만 엄청 가깝지는 않음. 장단점이 있는 거리. 코너에 위치한 트리플룸이었는데 아주 만족함. 라운지는 큰 기대를 하지 않고 갔고 중간에 시간 때울 정도. 토리톤스시/아리오 삿포로 에 걸어서 갈 수 있었음. 직원들이 친절했고 의사소통이 잘 되었음. 조식도 홋카이도 음식으로 먹기에 부족함이 없었음."

"My favorite hotel in Sapporo. Unlimited spa visits and free beer at happy hour. Excellent bedding and comfortable room. Excellent customer service too. No charge plains at all. Construction does exist around property but this did not effect me"

"Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. They just stared at me blankly."
