My only issue was that I was placed on a smoking room though I booked a non smoking one. The hotel was too booked to remedy the issue. Needless to say it made my stay less enjoyable than it would have. Even. The staff tried their best to help me out…they even gave me deodorizer spray. I blame the Orbitz side of the booking for my issue and not them…it’s clear you didn’t get the non smoking part of my booking sent their way.

アイス、ホットコーヒーをウェルカムドリンクとして提供しているがガムシロップがない。冬季期間は季節柄、アイスではないのかもしれないが。 朝食にパンを提供しているが、バターやジャムがないのは困る部分はある。 室内のポットが故障していた。チェックインの前に点検していないのだろうか？ スタッフが交換用のポット一式を持って対応してくれたのは有り難い。

施設は新しくて、気持ちが良かった。 ベッドのマットレスが少し曲がっていたのがきになった。こう言うところはビジホで指摘はダメなのかな。 ベッドで寝たまま、部屋のライティングをコントロールできると楽、立ってスイッチを消すのは疲れているとなかなか面倒くさい。 朝食が時間帯で混み合うので、料金を足してもいいから混まない時間で食事したい。 朝食の時に前に並んでいた女が、食材とるのにみんな並んでるのに、咳をしていて、腹が立った。
