"Beautiful hotel, unbelievably friendly staff and excellent position to USJ entrance. Bed very comfy, but as the windows don’t open, the window was constantly covered in condensation so couldn’t see out (which was a shame as the view was spectacular) "

"The hotel is right near USJ theme park which my daughter was keen to go to. It was excellent value and provided a condo-style spacious room ideal for families with all the amenities. The check-in system was a breeze and almost everything is automated. The restaurant and Hot Spring are in the next building along (literally 30 seconds out the door) and they were both excellent. The Onsen in particular was outstanding and amazing to use - all in English and automated again. It was my first time using an Onsen and I will always remember it. The staff are watchful and appear only when needed, with nice small touches and gifts. This place was truly excellent and will be top of my list to stay again in Osaka in the future. "

"This hotel was a peaceful retreat with a stunning onsen and breathtaking views. Soaking in the hot spring while overlooking the surrounding scenery was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect after a long day of exploring. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were warm and welcoming. It was the ideal place to rest and recharge."

"Great location to USJ and train station across the street. Breakfast and room were excellent but by far the best thing about this place is their staff so respectful and so incredibly friendly I would def stay here again and recommend 100"

"First room we got had an awful odor. As a pregnant woman I couldn’t handle it so my husband went to talk to the front desk and they were more than accommodating. They switched us rooms right away and upgraded us. GREAT STAFF! "
