We are located in the middle of Shinsaibashi, which can sometimes be very busy, so the path around our hotel can get dirty. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay. We wipe inside the washing machines multiple times a day when they are not used and we also use a detergent designed to clean the machines every month, but sometimes detergents for clothes go into small gaps around the lid and stuck getting solidified. We will once again revise our cleaning method to prevent this as much as possible. We hope to be able to welcome you back again next time you plan a trip to Osaka.
