However, we're very sorry for the hair left on the towel. This wasn't what we wanted you to experience and we do understand this must be improved. Therefore, we shared this feedback with our cleaning staff and asked them to double-check the towels as well as bedding.

Great Location and environment. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby. And also family mart and mcdonald at the exit of the MRT.
