"This is a fabulous BNB! Ada was in constant communication with us to ensure our arrival went as planned. Massimo gave us history of our room which was exactly as pictured. "Super Netter Service, bei der Anreise kam es zur einer Verspäteten Ankunft und der Mitarbeiter hat mit uns telefoniert und so gar auf uns gewartet. So ein toller Service sieht man gerne. Die Unterkunft liegt 50 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir würden sie wahrscheinlich wieder Nutzen in Siena."

"This was one of our favorite stays in Italy. It was spacious, clean, and in a great part of the city."

"Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. "A wonderful space to stay !!! Very close to the escalators! The staff is warm, welcoming, and very helpful. We had a small issue with our air conditioner and it was addressed within an hour. One item to note, across the street is an event venue that in our case had two nights of celebrations with music into the early morning hours. The sounds easily penetrate the walls. "

"This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. "

"Lovely hotel a short walk from the train station but feels like it’s in the countryside. Huge supermarket at the end of the driveway for those self-catering. Pleasant grassy pool area that felt very peaceful. Large cool room with very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. "
