I don’t think my room was cleaned beforehand at all except for the sheets, towels and trash. There were dried up contacts and food bits on the floor, which was all slippery. And the countertops and tub had visible gunk and hair all over them. Front desk staff were all very lovely though.

When I first walked in the room, I noticed the fridge had numerous rust spots all over it. Towels had a yellow-ish to them. The bed was comfortable. The TV remote was sticky. The bedside lamp and outlets did not work and were rusty. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay.

This place is fine for what you pay. It is extremely humid no matter where you go on the Hotel. I reserved a King room and got a room with 2 bed, oh well, is what it is. Room has a strong bleach smell and there was clearly signs there was mold in some places. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms around you. Every step. toilet flushing, TV, door opening and closing. Beds are a but hard and no blanket, just 2 flat sheets on top of each other. Not bad for the price but there is probably better out there. There are a lot of restaurants and gas stations around so that was nice.

The staff are friendly and helpful. During a recent move, we have had to bounce around to different hotels while traveling from New England to Orlando. We tried another hotel closer to the Orlando area to try and save some funds. That proved to be a bad decision and returned here. Economical value and a better stay all around. The area is safe here in Sanford. While this hotel does not offer breakfast, there are many dining options close by, some within walking distance and others a short drive away. If you are looking for bells and whistles, pay more and go there. If you are looking for a convenient, bug free, clean, quiet and safe space, you can’t go wrong here. They are pet friendly, however they will only allow dogs. Bonus points for being right next door to a Wawa.

Very convenient location with tons of dining options within walking distance. The room was a very good size, but not without its faults. Roaches were noticed immediately and continously in the bathroom and kitchen area throughout the duration of our stay. Also, there was an insufficient quantity of clean linens for a stay consisting of two people.

BYO Blanket and Pillow

Booked this room as a quick stay to break up a long drive. So just looking for a clean room that was comfortable to sleep in. We checked in late, the room did not have pillows and the floors were so dirty that our socks were black after walking around in the room. The bathroom had hair left in the tub, the tub was missing the grab bar and the shower head was corroded to the point I opted not to shower. The staff was nice and helpful with providing pillows when I went downstairs to request them. It’s a bar minimum type of set up which I kinda expected but not to the bare minimum that it was. The beds did not have blankets, just the sheet which was supper thin- but at least I knew they were washed. Conveniently located off the interstate and there is an Outback across the street and a Cracker Barrel just down the block and a Starbucks on the way back out to the interstate as well as a gas station- so 5 stars on convenience.

The last minute 100 deposit was unexpected and the night clerk was simply rude when explaining it to us. The floors throughout the room we was given was very sticky, had to keep our shoes on. The bed was comfortable atleast. The morning attendant was pleseant.
