Very clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing missing was a better 'quick serve' restaurant. We went over the road to Aventura a few times as the food on offer was much better (plus it had a starbucks) I would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel with super links to Universal (You can either take the boat which is right outside the hotel) or you can walk and it takes about 15 mins. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The food options are slightly limited, however, there are load of options in Universal or on City Walk.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Boat to Universal was so cool. I don’t normally rate staff bc it rarely stands out for me, but this time I was very impressed with the staff- front counter, concierge, waitstaff, etc. all so attentive and genuinely seemed to like their jobs lol I mean I’ve never had a pool towel guy offer to carry them for us to the pool chairs lol My only complaint would be that they had more quick food options. I think this will definitely be our place of choice for Orlando moving forward and can’t wait to go back.

The hotel was nice. Clean. The room we decorated ok. Nothing to special. The big laundry room was really nice. We had been here about 4 years before and stayed at Cabana bay. Both were nice. I’d put this one, one step up from Cabana Bay. We loved the boat ride over to Universal. The prices have easily double in that 4 years. That was the biggest downfall:/

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel and excellent staff! My only complaint is while waiting outside in the heavy rain for bus back to the hotel, myself and approximately 30 other people waited 40-45 minutes for the bus. I realize that the weather is no one’s fault but when everyone complained the bus driver was very dismissive. Other than that we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Sapphire Falls again

We’ve stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls 3 times and love the convenience of the boats to get to universal. The Strongwater Tavern restaurant is really good! The Dutch company market downstairs has pretty much everything you need, the ice cream and doughnuts are delicious! Really good value for money. Overall really clean. Young kids seem to love the water slide. Pool is a good size

We stayed for 4 nights. It takes a little figuring out, how to get around the property. But it was very clean and nicely maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub/water slide were awesome. Water taxi and shuttle were great for getting to and from the parks. Early admission at the parks is definitely worth it! We didn't eat much on site, but we did dine at the tapas bar one night - food and drinks were fantastic for a nice sit- down meal (and they have a kids menu for the little ones). Very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!
