This motel is right on 17-92, straight up the hwy to downtown in 5 min. That is what is great about it. All other stays are on interstate 4. An Indian family owns this property and check-in can be a bit difficult although everyone is nice. You can drive right up to your room and all safe. Must check room when you arrive. Get all items from front desk

My experience was mostly positive, although the motel is very old, basic, and outdated it was relatively clean and quiet, didn’t see any bugs until I got up to use the bathroom at night and they seemed to only be in the bathroom, not entirely shocking considering it’s an old hotel in Florida. I had a very early morning flight out of Sanford and this was a good option as it’s just minutes from the airport. My only interaction with staff was at check in and the guy seemed nice enough. The a/c worked great but I can’t comment on the microwave, fridge, or tv as I didn’t use any of those things. I’m sure it’s not for everyone but if you just need a place to hang out overnight it serves the purpose, if you’re more of the fancy type you’ll probably want to look elsewhere.

Staff was friendly , even took a photo with manager to recall my visit :) It’s an older place , and glade I found it , saved me lots during a time when all rates were very high due to “in” season rates . I’d stay here again .
