"We checked in for one night, arriving after midnight on a late flight. I contacted the hotel a couple of days before to advise them and they sent me a video showing how to do self check-in. All went really smoothly. The family room was massive, comprising two large rooms and an en suite. We had the whole downstairs and courtyard to ourselves. "The hotel looks brand new, spotless clean. Beautiful rooms . Only stayed 1 night and left at 4:45am so never got to try the breakfast. We got there around 1 I think and was allowed to check in right away as the room was ready. It's about a 15 min walk to the airport terminals, around a bike path. From there you can catch the bus to the center bus terminal in Milan, 12 euros each. Friendly,helpful , pleasant staff a great place for a family to stay. 10/10.👍"

"Stayed at The NH Orio as we had an early fly from Orio al Serio AirPort. We’ve been welcomed by Mattia at the reception that when above and beyond making ourselves comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service from 4am was just what we needed. We could walk as it’s about 10 to 15 mins walk, I wouldn’t suggest it with big luggage.
