"Clean and authentic old world italy No beach access to lake unless u take a ferry and then if you do take a ferry you have to walk very long way or pay a hundred Euros for 4 people to sit down at the beach...Como is way to crowded...way to expensive to really enjoy...Torno is cute but micro sized and nothing to do but eat and drink "

"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Outstanding property!! It was beautiful, extremely clean, and ideally situated!! The staff was incredible especially Gloria at the front desk. She was kind, helpful and always smiling. "Absolutely stunning property which feels very inkeeping with the gorgeous architecture across the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake through the beautiful shops. In a quieter area of Como and far less touristy but arguably mkre beautiful. Breakfast by the pool was just brilliant. Great spread of food. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel!"

"This hotel is the jewel of Bellagio. If you can stay here, you will not be disappointed. The staff is beyond exceptional, always being attentive without hovering. The dining options are delicious, and the ppol and beach area is fantastic. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at."

"This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber) so make sure if you are not renting a car have the Bellagio book a car and driver for you."
