"It is a very cute property, well maintained. Staff mostly are friendly except for one front desk person, who had an attitude at times. The place is clean, and the beach front is so nice too. It is nothing fancy, but just perfect for what we needed. We took tours in the morning and enjoyed the beach in the afternoon. "Gorgeous hotel with relaxing vibes. Pool was a little cloudy but when you are on the best beach on the island, you don't want to leave the beach. I wish there was more entertainment for families and happy hours with DJs for those who want to party while on vacation. Overall an amazing experience! Will come back"

"AC was fine , staff was very friendly and I liked the place we're we stayed , Staff helped me with check in as they are in two different locals, that was a little bit unconventional and a quick fix could be made to accommodate customers easily , a snack and refreshment machine could be added for the time being untill a restaurant and bar can be added.Other than that every thing is with in a 10 minute walk.Main pool is excellent with plenty of room for swimming water was like bath water. "

"We have stayed at this property twice and both times we had exceptional service. Each time it only gets better. This time the electricity went out a few times due to maintenance. But that didn’t interrupt the service. The hotel was on top of everything. We look forward to staying there again in the near future."

"I have stayed at Los Corales several times(locally called The Tortuga). It is a nice clean place with a helpful staff. One thing to make sure to ask to get a room on the back side of the hotel. The rooms which face the road do have some traffic noise which may or may not be a problem depending on what you are used to. It is not excessive but I am from a rural area and just not used to it.
