"Its a great quiet and serene place to escape to, less than 2 hours from DC. It happened to be dog friendly which was perfect for our needs. Many wineries and restaurants nearby. Onsite dining was excellent for dinner and breakfast."

"This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. "Fun and historic B&B with very lovely owner/hosts. Pam and William are a delight and the home is comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast served daily with coffee and tea all day. Great places to curl up with a book or, enjoy the outdoor seating.
