"清掃は決して良くないが　それを指摘してからは清掃しているようだ　ただまだまだ汚い所があり　全部は出来ないのかな　設備はかなり古いが清掃が行き届いているなら良いホテルなのだと思う　スタッフは一生懸命だと感じる　ただ我慢出来る汚さではなかった為　色々文句を言ってしまった"

"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"

"This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate) The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy. "Consistent with what I’ve come to expect from this reliable chain. A simple Japanese business hotel — compact rooms, clean, and efficiently run with friendly service. Laundry facilities were handy and worked well. The town itself is small and quiet, but I had no trouble finding a decent place for dinner on a Sunday night just a short walk away. Breakfast was limited but perfectly fine for what it is. A solid, dependable stay."
