"The staff were not overly friendly, but it was fine as we didn’t spend much time there. The WiFi in the room was terrible. The pool area was nice though, the room was comfortable and the location is excellent, so convenient for the BTS line, which has an entrance directly from the station into the hotel. I’d stay again."

"Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was nice. Air conditioning could be pretty loud at times. There’s 2 rooftop swimming pools which are great in the hot weather, take earphones though because there’s works happening in the area. Staff are very jolly, helpful and responsive."

"I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning. The room was clean. I only had one small dislike regarding the bathtub. There was visible mildew that was caulked. It wasn't a whole lot, but it was visible and that gave the bathroom a slightly downgraded experience for me. But because the rest of the room was very neat and clean, I did not bring it up to staff nor did I ask for a different room. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and plan to do so during another visit."
