"Very well thought through airport hotel, offering full buffet breakfast from 2 am to 11 am. Jetlag be damned! Kind personnel and shuttle driver. It’s very close to the airport and walkable with a roll-on but I had a huge bag. No shuttles after midnight though. I didn’t take full advantage of the amenities but found the atmosphere was good in the lobby, better than at most airport hotels I’ve visited. Very convenient too: I easily popped down to Lisbon for the afternoon and back on the metro. "

The area has garbage in the area across from the hotel and in the sidewalks/roads surrounding the hotel. Parking was difficult to find at the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel should have more parking area."

"We stayed for only one night in mid-July at the end of two weeks in Portugal and are so happy we did. The convento was easy to get to from Santa Apolónia Train Station with a Bolt car pick-up, and centrally located for exploring the city on foot after that. We loved that our room was super clean, air conditioned, and amazingly quiet for being in the heart of Alfama (our room faced the inner courtyard). The bed was firm but comfortable, though the sheets and pillows could have been softer/better...
