"I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. Someone was able to check in using my ID, which is a serious security issue. when they told me that i expected immediate help and concern, but that was not the case at all. The afternoon staff was especially unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive. I was scared and confused about what was happening, and instead of reassuring me or taking action, they did very little to support me. They did not properly assist in contacting the police or handling the situation with urgency, which made everything worse. This situation made me feel unsafe and unheard. A hotel should prioritize guest safety and take identity-related issues very seriously. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management addresses these concerns so no one else has to go through something like this. so never again"

"Pool was ok, my daughter had fun and it was peaceful with just the 2 of us being there at the time."

"When I got to my room I had a handicap room which I did not request. The shower water ran out in the hallway. We were moved to another room. When we got to that room the Tv didn’t work and it was NO TISSUE in the bathroom. Which all of that should be inspected and made sure nothing was left undone after cleaning the room. I don’t think we will stay here again"
