"Booked a single bed and got charged for a double. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The elevator shacks uncontrollably when it’s mid 3rd floor. The elevator inspection was actually due this month. The amenities advertised, are not available. I WOULD NOT recommend this Woodsprings, based on customer service alone."

"I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. Someone was able to check in using my ID, which is a serious security issue. when they told me that i expected immediate help and concern, but that was not the case at all. The afternoon staff was especially unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive. I was scared and confused about what was happening, and instead of reassuring me or taking action, they did very little to support me. They did not properly assist in contacting the police or handling the situation with urgency, which made everything worse. This situation made me feel unsafe and unheard. A hotel should prioritize guest safety and take identity-related issues very seriously. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management addresses these concerns so no one else has to go through something like this. so never again"

"Other than the microwave not working in the room, everything was swell. Breakfast has a great amount of options, the gym is 24 hours and the pool was great for dip after a work out"
