"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience."

"This was a great hotel with great service. The clean rooms and caretaker was top notch for India. Would recommend this hotel. The room we got also had amazing views of the lake."

"This was a beautiful place to stay in the Old City, perfect for the City Palace and Lake Pichola. The staff were really helpful, the breakfast was good and the accommodation was everything that was promised. Taxis are not allowed into the Old City so there is a short walk once dropped off which I was aware of from other reviews."

"Rooms were spotless. Staff was courteous. Amenities were as excellent. Owner (Caesar) met us and inquired about our travel. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Udaipur. "

"We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful. The Aircon was good in the bedroom. "Excellent, beautiful property , nicely run by the best people in town and close by main attractions . Highly recommended !! Service, food and general condition are unbeatable "

"Lake view room was 5 *, the view from the bath at sunset was beauitful, possibly the best room we have had on our travels in India, the guy who greeted us was very polite and helpful, however the staff we served us our evening mral in restaurant reduced this from 5 star to 4 star."

"Site seeing places nearby"

"I left very early in the morning but they made me a packed breakfast which was substantial. I forgot when I booked to ask for something on the ground level because using the stairs was an awesome task for somebody who is not very good with climbing."

"All the tourist places are very near by the stay. And the staff was also very good."

"Overall good hotel, with good amenities and the cleanliness. The location is too good as well nearby to jagdeesh temple"

"清潔で快適なホテルです。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーかつお願いしたことはすぐに対応してくれました！ また立地も最高です。 どこに行くのも徒歩で移動できるし 美味しいレストランがたくさんあります。 Wifiも速く仕事で問題なく使用できました。"

"Breakfast variety was good "

"Firstly, the check in experience felt overwhelming. They asked for my passport details of all the people. After sending the details, they said we needed adhar card. Which, I (the person the room is under), gave the adhar card. However, after another hour, they asked us to send OCI cards, we sent it again. Then after 15 minutes, they asked for the adhar card again, even though I gave them the hard copy. Secondly, the room was 250$, and which came with stained sheets. I asked for a rollaway...
