"The hotel was an absolute delight. It's a short 5minute walk from the bus station so very easy to get to from the airport by public transport. The location also means you could be in the heart of the old town in moments be that the new port, the main port or other bits. There are some great restaurants a few steps away if you don't want to go far. Its easy to get the bus (21) or walk to beaches You go through a private door to access the courtyard which the room is on, so at most you only had a couple of other guests you'd share it with. I was out most days but seems like it gets the sun around lunch until the afternoon. I was there in late April so nights weren't quite warm enough to sit out but I can see that it would be a great spot in the evenings after dinner come the summer. Room was so lovely and comfortable, lots of space massive bed, great bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful - my flight had some issues and it was really easy to communicate with them. I had an issue with the connection to the TV which couldn't be resolved whilst i was there but I wasn't using it so it wasn't a big deal. Do let them know asap though as they have people who will address it. Would 100% recommend and come back. Tiniest bit of feedback - it would be great to have something on the wall to hook the shower to, so you can stand under it when washing hair rather than having to hold it. But given there was delightfully hot water at any time I had a shower it's a very minor thing."

Tucked right in the heart of Chania's old port, this hotel manages to feel grand and intimate at the same time — the building itself is steeped in history and absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are just as stunning as the exterior promises. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home — warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start each morning before stepping out into the port. Honestly, we couldn't find a single thing to complain about. The location is unbeatable, the property is breathtaking, and the hospitality is the kind you remember long after you've left. We're already dreaming of coming back."

"A very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, in a quiet yet central location with easy walking access to the old town and harbour. Staff were helpful throughout; they arranged taxis to and from the airport without any fuss, which was appreciated. Will return when back in Chania."

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff- very polite, helpful and friendly. I wish this was the standard around the world. A very big thank you to you all for looking after us. We stayed in the new part of the building- which unfortunately is still being built. The food is amazing- Breakfast lunch dinner à la carte- very delicious. Hot tub in some of the rooms/bathroom-did not try. Overall the hotel is in a very good location and deserves the 5*."
