"Great stay! Rooms were very nice, quiet, and modern. Great staff, allowed us to hold our bag after we checked out. Great area with very tasty restaurants near by. Also we only had the breakfast once due to early tour start times, but it was great when we had it."

"The accommodation felt new, clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent — within walking distance of the bus station and very close to the waterfront and many dining options. We also loved the way the old ruins were incorporated into the architecture, which gave the property a lot of character. The outdoor clothesline was another thoughtful and convenient touch. One thing to note is that rooms toward the back can be noisy at night because there is a nearby pub and people tend to gather outside into the early morning hours. Roula was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering to move us to a different room and later suggesting another option for my friend as well. We appreciated her efforts very much, though we ultimately decided not to move because it would have been too disruptive. The main issue for us was the bathroom lighting design. In our two-bedroom unit, the bathroom was positioned between the bedrooms with frosted glass panels on both sides. Turning on the bathroom light at night illuminated both bedrooms, which made it difficult for light sleepers. This seems more like a design issue than a service issue, but adding better coverings to the glass or using softer lighting would make the rooms much more comfortable for guests at night."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ambassadors Residence Boutique Hotel in Chania. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located right on the waterfront. Being in the heart of the Old Venetian Harbor meant we were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and all the major tourist attractions. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing to note is that taxis cannot drop guests directly at the hotel due to its location in the historic area, so there is a short walk from the drop-off point. However, the taxi drivers are accustomed to this and will help with your luggage. It's a minor inconvenience and absolutely worth it for such an incredible location. Breakfast was excellent and served at a restaurant right on the boardwalk, offering stunning views of the harbor. The scenery was breathtaking, and the location allowed us to easily return to our room for a break without going out of our way. There are many delicious restaurants surrounding the hotel. Also, be aware that some rooms face the sea while others face the city, so it's worth checking when booking if you have a preference. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed and made our stay memorable from start to finish. I highly recommend Ambassadors Residence Boutique Hotel and cannot wait to return."

"Excellent stay and amazing location. Parking is available at the plaza parking which is a shot walk away. Hotel is great. But not thing you need to be aware of is the hotel closes after 11pm so you may have to call them and let them know you need back into your room, only took a few moments. Nice daily breakfast included and roof top patio to use."

"We were so happy we stayed at this charming and sophisticated boutique hotel. It is a little gem in the heart of the historic area. Our room had wonderful views of the water and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing, starting with the owner who personally walked around greeting guests. The hotel has a great feel to it. We definitely recommend it, staying there was memorable experience."
