"Kitchen is suitable for reheating easy meals, there's divided spaces in the fridge for each area. Room temp was fairly easy to manage, though did take a little time to adjust the temperature. Only issue I had was the hot water in the shower - water pressure is already abysmal, and the hot water did not last long at all on a night the place was fully booked. Husband didn't seem to have the same issue earlier in the week on a weeknight. "

"Clean room. not far from a Metro station. Heating was defective in our room and it got cold at night. but, at their defense, I did not complain myself about the issue."

"I always check my mattress for cleanliness before settling in and unpacking. I pulled back the sheets on one bed and there was some remanent of food. I pulled back another layer and there were fluid stains. The second bed had black dust, marks and also had some stains. The toilet had feces in the hinge of the toilet. I contacted the front desk and the attendant came up and took pictures. I was moved to a different room and the sheets were cleaner. Thank you to Merlin. The next morning, it was raining and I asked for a second umbrella, the room provides one as a courtesy. I had to plead with the receptionist and explain the dirty room and that asking for an umbrella is not an inconvenience to the hotel. She rang for the manager and she told him I was the lady who changed rooms. They looked at each other and laughed. He didn't acknowledge the room change until I had asked him if he had seen the photos. He said he only glanced at it. He never asked how was my new room, he never acknowledged the dirty room. Instead he chose to small talk about university tours. I felt dismissed by management. "

"Really lovely place. Our room was fantastic. The hotel entrance was a little hard to find, at first. Which really surprised me. Our taxi dropped us off in the wrong place and we walked on the street side up and down trying to find the hotel entrance. It would have helped to be told to enter at the awning and continue all the way to the back. Lovely entrance, once you find it. The only negative was trying to call the hotel when we were out of the hotel and kept getting an automated system. It was hard to reach a human to ask for our room to get serviced."

"We truly enjoyed our stay ! The hotel was super clean, the staff was very helpful, and the location could not be more convenient! You can walk to the White House and other attraction in DC. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I would skip breakfast because of the price (one oatmeal costs $25???)"

"Parking was great. Limited but understandable considering the location. Staff was amazing and the suite was perfect for my husband and myself with our 4 year old toddler in tow. Easy walk to the university or to national monuments. "
