Sorry to hear that your stay was not a better one and apologies if something was looked over. We have an outside company for our linen and will be making a complaint with them for stained sheets and we will make sure housekeeping uses a keen eye to spot these things before guests arrive. I believe the room you stayed in was 213 and if so we will have a plumber fix the water temp as we are required to have a safety in the handle so that it doesn't burn you, but it seems that is broken and the little plastic piece needs replacing. We are a smoke free hotel and try to keep guests from breaking the rules as best we can, but we also have many updates coming and planning to install new carpeting in the hallways as well. Possible an actual lobby bathroom might be next as the only public restroom we have is the pool bathroom and doesn't give the first impression that we would like.
