"Overall run down facility, not clean, room smells of smoke was supposed to be non smoking room. Bed/pillows uncomfortable, linens stained. Refrigerator filthy on outside of the door. The front desk staff was friendly and did get us different pillows. Would not stay again. We stayed at one in Rochester that was excellent. "

"Dirty floors, spots on every rug, toilet kept running then wouldn't flush. I had to use the room next door. My bed had lots of hair in it. I slept on top of the covers. Homeless ppl live there which makes it unsafe. I love they give space but it's many strange ppl walking around like zombies."
