Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement de vacances situé à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Olbia. L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé, avec une place de parking gratuite, ce qui est un vrai atout. Nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par l'accueil chaleureux de la dame qui gère les logements. Elle était très sympathique tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade à Olbia !

Unos apartamentos que aun no estan para ser habitados . La primera noche sin saber el motivo nos meten en un edificio apartado que parece abandonado , la segunda nos dan el apartamento y no esta la cama de la niña , y en vez de sofa cama nos traen un somier y un colchon , asi que si quieres ver la tele lo haces sentado en el suelo , a la noche se inunda , se sale el agua por la ducha . El 3 dia gotea el aire , y luego juntaban la basura de todos en el suelo en una esquina y lo dejaban todo el dia , lo que atraia bichos y pajaros . Algun dia estaran muy bien porque la odea es muy buena , pero aun estan haciendo obras en los laterales y l zona , no hay farolas , falta por terminar . La verdad que la zona del hotel , piscina y restaurante esta muy muy bien . Tengo videos y foto de todas mis quejas , y se las haré llegar , porque no creo haber recibido lo que he pagado .

Zu Fuß ungeeignet, mit Auto ok

Wenn man ein Mietauto hat, ist es prima. Wir waren ohne unterwegs und deshalb war es eine Katastrophe, irgendwo hinzukommen. Wirkt wie ein Ferienort, der im Aufbau ist, liegt am Rande des Industriegebietes und zu Fuß muss man entlang von Bundesstraßen in die Stadt laufen. Wer eher die umliegende Gegend mit dem Auto erkunden will, ist vermutlich gut aufgehoben. Die Kommunikation war super und Viola von der Rezeption sehr nett. Wir waren mit Blindenhund unterwegs, das war kein Problem.

Logement spacieux et récent. Dommage qu’il soit mal équipé. Manque de l’électroménager dont une grande cafetière, un dessous de plat. des plats pour aller au four, etc etc La literie est avachie… Une attention soutenue de l’équipe de maintenance pourrait apporter des améliorations significatives ? Moyen de transport indispensable.

Bad experience. We booked after our evening flight was canceled and got there in a taxi in 20 minutes but there was no apparent way to check in that late. It was closed. We telephoned but no response, so we found another hotel and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to a WhatsApp message sent overnight, with check-in instructions. Too late, sadly. This is clearly a small business operating with a skeleton staff, and allowances can be made for that but the real problem was the customer service afterwards. It took repeated attempts over 4 days for them to reply and then to accuse me of not showing up or calling. My phone records show the call, but there are apparently two numbers, and I had called the main hotel number - there is another out-of-hours number but it is not labeled as such in the confirmation email. With a few adjustments to their wording, the confusion could easily have all been avoided, or they could simply block online sales after a cut-off time. The funny thing is that I'd already got my refund from Expedia/Mastercard by the time that they eventually replied and I had only persisted to try to help the hotel with their messaging for future customers. Sadly, this was met with hostility and accusation. Pity. Customer service doesn't have to be this way, especially when the customer is taking the time to try to help.

Logement sale et vétuste. Draps, rideaux, canapé taches. Localisation horrible, en sortie de zone industrielle, peu sécurisé, lieu à éviter absolument.

Rapport qualité prix pas au rendez-vous

Un fantastique lotissement vu de l'extérieur pour passer d'agréables vacances. Déception totale une fois à l'intérieur sur la propreté en général et le confort. Saleté un peu partout, canapé, plaque, sol, etc...Literie pas du tout confortable, vieillissante! Les attentes de propreté et de confort ne sont pas au rendez-vous surtout pour une prestation à ce tarif

Excelente propriedade, porem acho que falta algumas amenidades, como uma vassoura, pano de chão, toalha de mesa na propriedade. Eu comprei um varal para estender as roupas após chegar da praia e depois vi q vários apartamentos tinham varal, nao sei se ja tinha na propriedade ou se pediram. Enfim fiquei 6 dias e esses pontos poderiam ser melhorados assim com o colchão da cama q é bem ruim.

It is a lovely and quiet place, unfortunately there is a lack of public transport, literally 2 buses a day with a random timeline, so you need at least to rent a bike/scooter to do anything. Moreover, wifi hadn't worked for the entire 7 days we spent there. Food delivery is also very poor, the nearest groceries are 25-30min walking distance. We tried to cook a few times but first we needed to clean the very limited amount of dishes which were covered with old fat dirt. There was also no coffee maker so we needed to buy a special one for induction.

Good only for few days stay

Apartment studio was very nice, new and modern layout. Close to city Center and short distance from beach. Our water kettle did not worked in apartment , and after call we received new kettle within an hour. There was large garden in front, at back of apartment there is area to dry clothes. Very beautiful surroundings with green tread and flowers. Only let down was the bed, it was soft, cheap mattress also wardrobe surrounding head of bed which and which made sleep uncomfortable . I could not sleep in bed like that more then few nights.

Nous avons eu du mal à nous procurer les clés car mal indiquée sur la site Hôtel. Com. Le numéro de téléphone donné par le site de réservation ne répondait pas et l'adresse n'était pas la bonne . Heureusement qu'il était tôt dans l'après-midi. Nous avons trouvé du personnel sur place qui a contacté le responsable du village. Nous avons essayé de contacter Hôtel. Com qui ne répondait pas non plus. J'imagine les personnes qui arrivent tard le soir impossible d'avoir son logement.
