"2泊家族4名で利用しました。とても綺麗に清掃されていて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。プールで水遊びする子供をエアコンの効いたリビングから見守ることが出来て最高でした。ベッドはとても大きくて寝心地良かったです。 1階から3階までは螺旋階段での移動です。足腰の弱い方は注意が必要です。食器や調理器具が揃ってます。ホットプレートや炊飯器もありました。アメニティも不自由しない程度に揃っています。ルームウェアは有りませんので持参してください。洗濯機＆乾燥機があります。洗剤は宿泊日数分あります。柔軟剤などは持参してください。 Wi-Fi環境についてですが、なぜかほぼ1階部分でしか使えませんでした（1階は寝室）。滞在中にお仕事をされる方は事前に確認した方が良いかと、、、最後に、玄関のオートロックについてですが、玄関に記載されている説明書では解錠出来ず、電話にて操作方法を教えていただきました。唯一の改善希望点はこの一点のみです。あとは大満足の素敵な宿泊施設でした！！大変お世話になりました。"

"平日に1泊させていただきました！お値段安くて部屋めちゃくちゃ広いし静かやし、スタッフの対応も丁寧やし、なんとサウナもついてるの最高でした！！！でもでも1個だけ気になるポイントありまして、立地的に仕方ないことかもしれないんですけど、サウナで外気浴しているとき、上空にコウモリがめちゃくちゃ飛んでて、壁にはコウモリの糞らしきものもついていました。近くに巣があるようで、夜中中鳴いてました。普通の鳥だったら別にいいんですが、コウモリとなると衛生的にも心配ですので何か対策があれば満点でした！！！。蚊取り線香や虫除けなどは完備されていたので、あとはコウモリだけお願いします！！！"

"特にコミュニケーションを取ることなく、LINEを使いチェックイン、チェックアウトすることが出来ました。朝食付きプランで予約したのですが、連携のあるお店で券を使いご飯を食べれたのが良かったです！食器類、虫よけスプレー、蚊取り線香、洗濯機も完備されていてとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました！ただ、シャワー室が少し使いづらかったかなーと思います！それ以外はすごく良かったです！機会があればまた利用したいです！"

"This was perfect for my family. It is out of the way of a lot of things so you do have to drive a while to get to anything further south on the island but we didn’t mind at all. The aquarium is close to this place and a few other things like the pineapple winery. We absolutely loved it. They even included some complimentary drinks when we arrived. "We loved the place and would definitely come back again with my friends. Local is 10-15 mins from marina garden beach. A quiet neighbourhood better if you had a car. We didn’t have a car but was able to get around by cab, you need to walk towards the beach to fine a cab or call one. One thing to note, we had to google translate to communicate, as we did have a local sim card we were not able to call the office. Although everything was all good and we didn’t need to call them. "This location is close to the monorail. Don Quijote store is on the lower floors of the hotel and the park is across the street. We were able to see the Fireworks from the festival from our hotel window! Looks like the ballpark is within walking distance as well. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. "

However, one downside is the visibility of customers eating and drinking alcohol on the ground floor at night, which detracts from the overall appeal of the facility. "The hotel was very well-maintained and professional, especially at the price point. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me even before my stay began. I desperately needed to receive a piece of mail and they allowed me to have it sent to them, and they coordinated with me to have it ready for when I picked it up under a really tight time crunch. They didn't have to do that but it meant the world to me. Would absolutely come back if I'm ever in Naha!"

"This property was amazing! We got the view side & I’m so happy we did. Saw the sunset every evening, woke up to an amazing view of the pool & the beach! There’s a great system to checking in & the property is just beautiful all around! The only possible down side was the parking, it’s quite a distance & there was a storm warning so I was thinking how much I would have to walk in the rain to get to the hotel lobby from where we parked. "
