また利用したいホテルです。

スタッフの対応は丁寧で、夕食の時はこちらの食べるスピードをしっかり確認して次の料理を運んでくださったので、ストレスなく食事を楽しむことができました。 部屋風呂がある和室ということで選びましたが、和室でもベッドだったのでスタッフが布団を敷きにくる必要がないぶん、変に気兼ねすることなく思う存分寛げました。部屋数も少なめなので静かでしたし、お風呂からの眺めもよく大満足です。 強いて言うなら、女性2人での宿泊でしたが、準備されていたパジャマ等がカップルを想定していたような気がするのと（問題はなかったのでそのまま使用しました。お伝えすればすぐに対応してもらえたと思いますが）お風呂が2人で入るには微妙に小さかったので1人ずつ入ったので入浴時間が少し物足りなかった、というところでしょうか。 ほかのサイトの口コミでは低評価もありましたが、個人的には本当にのんびりできてとても良い時間を過ごせました。

좋아요

객실마다 개인 탕이 있어서 프라이버시하게 즐길 수 있어 좋았습니다. 가이세키와 조식 모두 알차게 맛있었고요. 다만 방에서 벌레가 나왔고 룸체인지는 했으나 그점이 아쉬웠습니다. 이점만 빼면 다 마음에 들었던 곳! 직원분들 너무 친절하셔서 참 좋았어요. 기회가 된다면 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다.

Absolutely beautiful, remote and wa-fu ryoukan

The ryoukan is quite far from the station(and any form of tourist spots for that matter) but the remoteness of the place made up a beautiful ryoukan experience. Enjoyed every moment here and will definitely return if opportunity allows for it.

Can't communicate in English. not flexible to have dinner schedule as my flight delay and arrived hot spring hotel late around 1 hour. but cannot provide any dinner for us! The room style was not the one I ordered online when I check in. but finally the staff changed the bigger room for us!

저렴한 가격대의 만족스러운 료칸

숙소의 위치가 유후인역으로부터 그다지 멀지 않아 걸어서 찾아갔습니다(도보 대략25분) 전체적으로 깔끔하고 직원분들도 전부 친절하시고 이용에 있어 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만 다른 료칸들에 비해 저렴하다보니 온천이 조금 아쉬웠습니다(살짝 대중목욕탕 느낌_) 그 외의 석식,조식 전부 깔끔하고 음식이 맛있었고, 특히 방 안에 개인 온천이 있는점이 가장 좋았습니다. 객실 내부도 깔끔하고 저렴한 가격에 전체적으로 만족스럽게 쉬다 왔습니다.

결재조건과 실제 숙박이 다른 료칸

두가족이 같이 예약해서 1박을 했습니다.한가족은 성인2명 어린이(만6세)2명, 다른 한가족은 성인2명 어린이(만6세, 만3세)2명이였습니다. 금액은 호텔스닷컴에서 판매하는 금액으로 결재를 했으며, 결재조건에는 석식과 조식이 포함되어있었습니다. 그런데 만3세 어린이는 식사를 제공해줄수가 없다고 하던군요 이유를 물으니 제가 지불한 가격으로는 3세 어린이까지는 식사를 제공해줄수가 없다는 답변을 들었고 만6세 어린이2명이 있는 가족과 같은가격으로 결재를 했는데 왜 다르냐고 하니 사실은 다른 어린이들도 서비스라고 답변을 들었습니다. 일본어를 잘 하지 못하고 여행에 흥을 깨기 싫어 알았다고 하며 넘겼습니다. 추가적인 서비스를 바랬던것도 아니고 호텔스닷컴에서 정한 조건과 금액으로 모두 결재를 했음에도 불구하고 그런 얘기를 들어야 했던 부분은 기분이 좋지 못하였습니다. 물론 어린이들이라 많이 먹지는 않기에 어린이 3명에 식사를 나눠서 4명이 먹었지만 식사제공이 안된다면 1명은 식사를 어떻게 해결하라고 그러는 건지 황당하기도 했습니다. 다른 관광객은 이런 일이 발생하지 않기를 바라는 마음에 글을 남깁니다.

역에서 걸어가기에는 먼거리이고 관광이나 쇼핑하기에도 거리가 너무멀리있음.

개인 온천탕은 음~~~ 그냥.. 청결도가 많이 떨어짐 . 식사는 만족하였습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다.

매우 고급 료칸

유후인역에서 20분 걸어가서 정말 힘들다는 느낌이었습니다. 그러나!! 료칸에 도착하니 모든게 완벽했습니다. 쾌적하고 모든게 갖춰진 객실, 히노키 욕조, 유후인이 다 내다보이는 베란다, 무료 가족탕(1시간), 맛있는 석식조식!! 가격이 조금 비싸지만 아깝다는 생각이 안들었습니다^^
