"We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops just a short walk away. Also, the drive to downtown was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :)"

"Front desk told us that breakfast was complimentary but it turned out it wasn’t. There was only 1 staff at check-in, which created a line for checking in. It was good that the Hilton, 5 few minute walk had a restaurant, where we were able to grab dinner. Nice to have a gym, pool and sauna, which we used."

"Staff were very nice and most of them were bilingual. They accommodated us every day when approached for help or favours. One of the nights we found a random cherry stem in our room floor despite not eating cherries our entire stay but other than that, everything went smoothly."

"Amazing location near metro, restaurants and shops! Our room was extremely clean and quiet (couldn't hear neighbors or street noise). Check in and logistics were easy and we were grateful for easy and reasonable parking nearby. The bed wasn't super comfortable (felt like thick plastic over wobbly coils), but we managed. We'd stay here again and bring a mattress topper!"

"Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm"

Good sized rooms, modern and clean decor, comfy beds, great views if you can get a room on the upper floors, nice pool and fitness centre and perfectly located in a nice part of downtown off of st Catherine’s street. Everything was really perfect and the host front desk went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well set up."

"This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are amazing. The breakfast is great with so many options. We booked two rooms and utilized the Parkade, the breakfast, the pool, laundry and the in room amenities such as the dishwasher and fridge. It was perfect for families. The rooms were so spacious. We could easily park our stroller in the room without feeling like it took up all the extra space. The breakfast always had a huge mix of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, a protein, waffles, bagels and breads...

"Room and bed were comfortable. We had a great view of the mountain and McGill. The bar staff was attentive and the front desk and valet staff always said hello as we walked by. They also were very attentive and friendly. Check in was efficient."
