less than 15 min (prob only 10 min thru nearby park) walk from the train station. lovely hotel. staff very friendly and helpful. self service bar after payment - easy. coffee available all day free and elderflower drink. walking distance to centre. easy easy easy. would choose again.

Good hotel with a few caveats

Good hotel next to downtown. Very spartan. Nothing fancy, no luxuries. But clean, quiet, comfortable and with a TV that often spoke English. But FYI, parking is a bear and there appears to be no AC, so visiting in the summer might get super uncomfortable.

Great location near the centre of Odense. Minimal rooms with a nice bathroom. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. Walls were a bit thin though so you could hear anyone in the corridor.

Dejligt sted

Dejligt: Fint værelse med super senge. God morgenmad. Ærgerligt: At “den gratis” soft ice ikke var bedre beskrevet i Hotels.com - altså at det kun er gældende om eftermiddagen. Som jo desværre var udenfor vores ophold. -Skriv for pokker tidsrum på sådanne ting eller lad være med at skrive noget! Skaber kun skuffede børn. At værelset havde en anelse lugt af kloak fra toilet/-badeværelset. At receptionisten ved ankomst, havde mere travlt med sin mobil end “smilende og anerkendende kundeservice og adfærd” - men fik dog den information, vi skulle bruge. Det ville dog glæde stedet lidt med en smilende og åben modtagelse.

Först när vi kom in kom en hemskt frän doft. Heltäckningsmattor som luktade illa och fanns överallt fullt med fläckar. Smutsigt mellan madrasserna och grisigt överlag. Vi kommer inte tillbaka. Tybärr. Bottenbetyg!

Dejligt ophold

Dejligt hotel og virkelig informativt personale - det er godt nok ikke alle steder, der sælger deres hotel lige så godt. Bare at få information om morgenmad, kaffe/te, snacks mm UDEN man selv skal spørge! Så tak for det :-) Vi var der, da der var 28 grader udenfor og fik et værelse mod syd. Da der ingen aircondition var, ville det have været rart med en lille ventilator/vifte på værelserne. Vi sov med åben vindue - og da det var ud mod gaden, var det virkelig støjende (det skal lige siges, at vi heller ikke fik spurgt om de havde en ventilator/vifte).

Receptionist med otrevligt bemötande

När vi checkade in vid 18-tiden kunde inte receptionisten ge vettig information om parkeringsmöjligheter. Hänvisade alla gäster till en liten allmän p-plats rakt över gatan (typ 18 platser). Betydligt fler rum än så på hotellet. Vi fick själva jaga oss fram till en svindyr p-plats en bit från hotellet. När vi påtalade att hon måste kunna visa på fler möjligheter så var hon otrevlig och sa att hon inte kunde veta att det var fullt. Hennes huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift var tydligen att stå utanför entrén och röka och då med full uppsikt över p-platsen.

Skuffende og ringe

Værelset var fint god plads. Til 2 voksne og 1 barn. Desværre utrolig meget larm fra de nærliggende gader af biler mm. Rengøringen var elendig (der var max blevet støvsuget) Lagn var der pletter på (måtte ned til receptionen 2 gange for at bede om et nyt og yderligere vente på de selv kom op med et nyt - ventet godt en time fra første besked til at det var ved værelset) Vindueskarme var støvet som sad fast på ens mobil cover Løst håndtag til badeværelset Afrejsen blev der igen gjort opmærksom på de fejl der havde været den eneste besked der kom var : - jeg giver rengøringen besked om det , vi beklager god tur hjem 🙄 Det blev gjort klart lige præcis dér at jeg aldrig bestiller hotel fra den kæde igen. Ikke at jeg forventede nogen form for kompensation men lidt medfølelse havde været på sin plads. Det er trods alt et HOTEL ophold man har bestilt.

Ganska gammalt intryck, trångt och väldigt lite klädförvaring och plats att lägga sina tillbehör. Frukosten var god, men även här trångt runt serveringsbord och sittplatser. Bodde ut mot gatan med väldigt mycket skrik och larm på nätterna.

God beliggenhed

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning og det var stedet ok til. Fin beliggenhed. Værelset var rummeligt, men meget sparsomt ellers. Og så lå det ud til trappen og ved siden af elevatoren så der var en del larm. Man kunne også nemt høre folk i de tilstødende værelser. Personalet var til gengæld super søde og hjælpsomme. Vi fik både mulighed for at tjekke ind en time før, og der var parkering omme i gården som var gratis. Og vi fik lov at lade bilen holde nogle timer ekstra efter vi var tjekket ud.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen!!! € 145,00 für eine Nacht in einem dreckigen, komisch riechendem und viel zu kleinem Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Hinterhof geht gar nicht. Für das Geld bekommt man gaaaanz andere Zimmer in Hotels geboten. Das Personal beim Frühstück völlig überfordert und viel zu viele Personen in den Räumlichkeiten.
