We checked in on a very hot day, plenty of free parking at the hotel. We were given a room in the main building. It was unbearably hot(with a strange smell) The lady at reception and the manager were brilliant. We were given a room in the newer building. It was amazing. Very clean and cooler as it has a ventilation system. There are tea/coffee/water stations dotted around the hotel where you can help yourself to tea, hot and cold coffee and filtered water. There is a gigantic gym hall with a bouncy castle and various games for kids including a PlayStation. Breakfast was fantastic and had a great selection. The falafels and the brown sugar cake were highlights. My kids are asking when we can go back!

Unfortunately, the hotel did not have air-conditioning, which made it very difficult to sleep at night. The people at the front desk really didn’t know if there was anything they could do. They did change us to a newer building which they thought would be cooler but still not air-conditioned.. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel staff was great.

They don't clean the rooms everyday unless you specifically ask them to. The toilets don't flush completely. There were no temperature controls in the room. There was also no lotion, conditioner or fridge in the room. The staff offered us to put items in their fridge. There was a good gym and coffee machine at the hotel. It's pretty basic but reasonably priced.

A little out from city center but excellent servic

Super quiet room, comfortable bed, wonderful tea and coffee selection. The front desk service was absolutely the best! The girl Emma at the bar was super cool.

Staff were lovely, from reception to the restaurant, all excellent. Room was comfortable, but no mini fridge, which to me is a negative, and the bathroom was very tired, with some mildew-mould that should be addressed. The bed was very comfortable, and we travelled with our little dog and staff were nice with us helping us navigate the fact he wasn't welcome in the restaurant. Would be nice to have dog areas for eating, which is readily available in Germany, some in Sweden too.
