I had the most amazing stay. The exceptional service provided by the hotel staff truly made our experience unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly smiles and helpfulness throughout our stay, the employees went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Kudos to the incredible team who made my trip extra special!
The food was terrible. The lobby smelled, was even worse because the ac wasn’t working. Needs major upgrades, the room didn’t look like what I saw online. Some staff were really nice and others were unpleasant. One staff member even slammed the door after delivering room service.

All thought it’s a beautiful property, staff was exceptional and food was good, there wasn’t much to do during our stay. The pool closed early l, no activities and the night club wasn't open on Sunday. If we wanted any fun we would have to travel off the property but if you just want to relax in peace and quiet then you can go here

The property is well mantained but not that clean. The carpet on the hallways was dirty from the day we checked in until the day we left.
Staff were very prompt with request for things like towels in the room. The club across the street played very loud music past midnight which made it hard to sleep.

For a supposed diamond status, it is definitely not. Would I try it again, I'm not sure. They harass you less then 24 hrs at the resort to purchase into Moon palace resorts. Time share but “not a time share”. Reps circle constantly asking if you want to book spas or excursions. Food was just okay! The only reason I would return is amazing staff!!!

When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied. A very disturbing experience. Fortunately no one was in the room at the time. We received a complimentary spa treatment for what happened. Still not happy with how our stay at the Moon Palace started.

Greeting staff was excellent front desk helpful. But are room wasn't ready had to wait 1 -1/2 hrs even thou we arrived a day late cause we missed or flight . Room wasn't stiocked seemed like they just shoved us in a room the was on stand by . The jacuzzi tub was not working , missing toiletries. . The restaurant peir 8 was sub standard. They had me pay fir my meal before i even received it asked me to go uo to front desk and pre pay my meal during my appetizer. Basically ruined dinner . I requested for them to make up for ruining our dinner. Last night they made up for ut thou , they made ys feel special with a great experience on the beach and chef Colin come out and told us he was cooking a meal for us and we need nit to see a menu ... made ut right

The Resort Credit we received can only be used for very limited items, and there are many restrictions on it. The room is very small.

We didn’t like the pushy sales at this hotel. We didn’t like resort credit system either. It is not gift given, they are trying to let customers spend more money because you have to pay fees to use credits. Beach was small but beautiful. Staff were nice. Food is ok except some restaurants. Worst part was they did not have a room i booked with 2 beds as I requested in advance so they put us in the room in equal grade by their definition. We felt it was downgraded because I booked walk out suite but the room we got was just an ocean view suite. Kids were very disappointed that they did get a room right out to the beach.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Beach was ok. It’s the bay so if you’re looking for waves this isn’t your place. Buffet was ok for breakfast. Lunch and dinner not so great. Dining options limited at night and we didn’t like any of the food. Jerk hut was awesome and the outdoor pizza spot.

I liked everything about this trip. The hotel grounds were so clean and beautiful. It never felt crowded in the pool or on the beach. The beach was not big but so beautiful. The water was so amazing. We could always find sits by the pools or the ocean without having to reserve it at 6 am as some of the review mention it. The drinks were great. I don’t think they were watering down the alcohol like some other resorts do. Overall it was an awesome April vacation.
The only thing I wasn’t big fan of is wish they didn’t push the time share so much at the check in and then they try selling you a deal for next trip for $299 administrative fee as you check out. We got sucked into it and reserved the “deal” for next year. I looked into it and it seemed liked it was a good deal. I made sure it wasn’t a time share I was signing up for.

Hotel and staff were somewhat okay. Breakfast at the buffet was terrible, cold food, and substandard. Jerk hut personnel needs some customer service training. Restaurant Pier 8,ensure to inform patrons,that some items on the menu, has a price attached, which I find strange at an all inclusive.

If we had known that the resort would be so bad we would have never gone. The resort is minimum of 90 min to 150 min from the airport depending on the route the bus takes. The staff is very rude at all places.. front desk, door staff, bars and beach. And the rudeness shows even if you tip well. Food was the worst. Fine dining restaurants Momos and La Gandola were awful. The buffet was slightly better but only barely.

I had a great time. It is a great vacation spot for families. The town is walking distance with lots of shopping options. The downside is the sales pitch to buy vacation packages. The arcade was a popular spot for the family, the playroom was a wonderful drop off spot for children. I would recommend this place.
