They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "An overall great escape, but I think the bar closes too early and for the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner were complimentary. They’ll tell you the Jamaican food they have, and in a way tell you the American food they have which is not put out to choose from, so you might think it’s not complimentary which it was. I had to ask for fruits, which I did get. I just shouldn’t have to ask for certain things or ask if I have to pay for certain things if they are complimentary, Also, the pool needs to be cleaned more often. And that was my only issue. Overall a great visit, I would definitely go back and I do recommend. "
