everything was horrible. especially our last day. Only nice thing was the pool and breakfast. Everything else was god awful. We have advised the hotel to reimburse our last night due to the maltreatment from their staff.

leider nicht empfehlenswert nach meiner Erfahrung

Mal abgesehen von dem noch immer vorhandenen Status des Hotels als eines der Wahrzeichen des Ortes hat es für mich leider nur noch wenig vom einstigen Charme. Da ich es auch bereits in den 70'er Jahren einmal als Kind mit meinem Eltern besuchen durfte, erlaube ich mir diesen Vergleich zu machen. Der Preis/Leistungs - Faktor im Vergleich zu den zahlreichen anderen Hotels in der Gegend ist allein schon sehr realitätsfern. Auch wenn man sich bei der Renovierung der Zimmer bemüht hat, lässt sich die alte Bausubstanz leider nicht komplett vertuschen. Folgende Sachen sind mir leider auch negativ aufgestoßen: Infrarot-Lampe als Badheizung; Abluft-Gestank aus der Badezimmer-Entlüftung, W-Lan Verbindung nicht möglich, da zu viele Geräte angemeldet, Parkplatzgebühren 9€/Tag und dann hat der Lese-Automat zur Ausfahrt nicht funktioniert. Schranke musste durch Personal geöffnet werden. Das positive was ich bemerken kann, war das professionelle Personal am Empfang und das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet. Ich würde mich jedenfalls nicht mehr dazu hinreißen lassen hier zu übernachten.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr schön. Das Zimmer was wir hatten ein Familienzimmer hatte schon einige Gebrauchsspuren und das Bad wahr sehr klein. Das Hotel hat schöne Angebote für Kinder was wir auch genutzt haben. Wir würden wieder hinfahren allerdings dan ein anderes Zimmer.

Tolle Natur. Für Kinder super wird viel geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, würden dann aber gerne weit oben schlafen und in die Natur, anstatt auf den Parkplatz schauen und auch Halbpension mal buchen. Zudem eher frühstücken gehen, da 10:00 Uhr fast alles schon weg war und einiges nicht mehr nachgeholt wurde. Ansonsten könnte man die Spielgeräte von oben mal sauber machen, da ist überall Staub, aber das nur als Tipp und verständlich. Wir würden gerne Schuleinführung bei euch feiern und werden uns schnellstmöglich informieren. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Perfektes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Essen und Zimmer sind vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn auch nichts besonderes, dafür passt aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Kurzurlaub und unsere kleine Tochter hatte sehr viel Spaß und viele tolle Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Das Schwimmbad (schönes warmes Wasser)und die Spielewelt sind hierbei besonders hervorzuheben, zusätzlich gibt zb bei Essen noch extra Kinderbuffet und kleine Spieleecken. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und natürlich insgesamt schon in die Jahre gekommen,dazu es ist durch die vielen Kinder auch ziemlich laut überall. Wer selbst mit Kindern Urlaub machen möchte trifft hier aber definitiv die richtige Wahl. Hotel 7/10 Essen 7/10 Personal 8/10 Kinderfreundlichkeit 11/10

Med en pris över snittet kan man förvänta sig en bättre service än att nästan ingen kan prata engelska. Ej heller absolut ingen skriftlig information på engelska (bara tyska). Vilket utgjorde att det bla i restaurangen blev kostbara missförstånd. Rummen var av typ äldre, och dåligt med isolering så att man lätt hör grannens privatliv.

Gutes Familienhotel

Wir waren hier zu dritt für zwei Tage. Für unseren Sohn gab es viel zu entdecken und das Horel hat mit Pool, Außenspielplatz und Indoor-Erlebniswelt viel für Kinder zu bieten. Es ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber noch immer eine gute Adresse
