"This was a trip to Vegas that turned into this amazing trip to your Laughlin and not knowing anything about your facility. As my husband was driving thought we were going in the middle of nowhere. Once we got there and got info about what was was available -the children was very excited as well as myself. We loved the pool and beach . It was a very enjoyable trip and I've shared your info to others and will be back. My rating is a 10 plus moreb10's"

"To start, I've been in customer service for decades valet parking area was a circus, no staff directing traffic, people parking in the drop off/loading zone blocking pull through vehicles, we were stuck for 45 minutes before I got out of my vehicle to direct drivers to move their cars. No staff in sight managing the isht show. Overpriced beverages, $22 for two beers. Unpleasant female bartender at the Splash bar"

"rooms could use an update Staff was nice"

"No refrigerator in room was a bummer. I requested them to straighten up the room (clean) the room was untouched. Only thing they did was spray air freshener but didn’t clean at all"

"An aging facility. Plenty of staff but most encounters they seemed under trained or under motivated (not unique to this property). The upstairs restaurant was excellent."
