"Clean hotel, there is a resort fee but no resort lol, the 02 rooms all are loud like a train yard at night and you will not sleep if you are in these suites on any floors. No Ac is lobby or hallways so you will be getting drenched waiting for your uber. Price point is ok for what you get but its definitely not a hilton. They charge for shaded umbrellas by their pool which is also cringe since they charge a resort fee."

"The complimrntary breakfast was very good. The location has easy freeway aaccess. We enjoyed the pool. The only thing we didnt like was the high cost to park."

"The room we got was so small and it has a strong unpleasant smell ( like ammonia or sulphur). We didn’t have time to complain about it because we were pressed for time prepping for wedding activities. The hallway didn’t have air conditioning. The front desk clerk was very apologetic when we informed her of the room condition during check out and waived the resort fees. The staff were friendly and helpful ‘though but we’re glad we were only there for 2 nights."

"Our stayed at this location was fine, far from Waikiki. Parking was available with a cost but not as expensive, you could park on the street couple blocks away. Safe location and breakfast was served, including with the stay. If you rent a car, perfect for sightseeing the island. Rooms was comfortable. Front check-in was excellent customer service."

"Good place"

"Staff friendly room great"

"Perfect for families. They"

"We booked a mountain view studio with a kitchenette for three nights. The photos on the website make the rooms look so much nicer than in person. The rooms are dated and, with just a little bit of investment, could be so much nicer... and could possibly live up to the 4 star rating. The view from the harbor view rooms is truly lovely. Our mountain view room had minimal mountain, but when I sat on the balcony with my morning coffee, I could see a bit of the bay. And the view from the lobby...

"客室はとても清潔に保たれており快適であったが、洗面台の蛇口の根元より水が漏れており放っておくと床まで水が垂れるためタオルで押さえておく必要があった。また、トイレのレバーの設定が悪く水を流した後、水が止まらなくなることがあった。 その他は、問題となることは無かった。バレーパーキングも親切な対応で気持ちが良かった。機会があれば次も利用したいと思う。"

"Really good location. I like that it’s close to the beach, but also a less busy part of Waikiki"
